1.The seller will keep the puppy current on vaccinations and deworming… and will provide proof of dates on all vaccinations and deworming.

2. The buyer is required to have puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of picking up their Daisy Doodle Pups puppy to initiate the 1- year genetic health guarantee. If, by chance, the exam indicates at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to extreme illness, disease or congenital disorder, the buyer may return, the puppy for exchange of another puppy, however, it may have to be from a future litter.

3. Daisy Doodle Pups guarantees the puppy from 1 year of birth against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic defects which adversely affect the health of the puppy. This includes: Severe hip dysplasia, kidney, heart or liver problems of a severe life threatening or life altering nature. DIGESTIVE ISSUES are NOT covered as these can be fixed with medication and diet change. Also not included are skin and food allergies. If said puppy dies within the 1 year from birth health guarantee, Daisy Doodle Pups requires an autopsy to determine cause of death…Daisy Doodle Pups will refund cost of puppy or offer a puppy from another litter when one becomes available, in the event the
death of said puppy was because of a genetic or hereditary defect.

4. Seller must be notified within 3 business days of any findings of any problems. We do require two statements from different licensed veterinarians if any issues arise. ALL VET BILLS incurred are the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

5. If for any reason the puppy in question is overweight or underweight or has been left in
unkind conditions this guarantee is voided. Also, if you sell or give away the puppy the health guarantee is voided this health guarantee is not transferable under any circumstance.
